Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 15 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging.

We offer a exchange service, but the return postage costs should be your responsability. 

 

How to exchange products:

State your name, email address, the item you wish to exchange and the reason. We will email you back with a exchange code and if the item you wish to exchange for is available.

Please post your goods back to us within 15 days of your order arriving to you, including your name and returns code within the parcel.

The items must be sent back unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.
